1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium sized green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Arrange potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with next four ingredients and set aside.
