Chocolate Truffle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. baking cocoa
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and cocoa until light and fluffy. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for an hour or so. Roll into 1-inch balls. Dip in the chocolate sprinkles. Place, sprinkles side up, 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
