Chicken Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shredded raw carrots
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken stock
2 to 3 chopped chicken breasts
2 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute the onion and carrots in the margarine until the onion is clear, about 10 minutes.
Add the flour; stir in very well. Add the chicken stock; heat until smooth and thick.
Add the chopped chicken; cook until chicken is done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
