Peaches And Cream Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    vegetable spray
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (save juice)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 Tbsp. peach juice
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients and mix.
    Pour batter into 9-inch square baking pan coated with vegetable spray.
    Put peaches over batter.
    In another bowl, add cream cheese, peach juice and sugar; mix well.
    Spoon mixture over peaches; cover peaches completely.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
