Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    6 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    3/4 c. sliced carrots
    1 small can whole kernel corn
    1 small can sweet peas
    2 medium onions, quartered
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/3 head cabbage
Preparation
    Combine

    a large Dutch oven. Bring to\ta boil and cook over low heat about 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
