Low-Fat Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    5 c. hot water
    2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 large potato, cubed
    1/2 lb. green beans, cut
    1/2 c. broken spaghetti
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the spaghetti in a large soup kettle.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Turn down to simmer; simmer until vegetables are done.
    Add spaghetti last 10 minutes.
    Serve piping hot.
