Cinnamon Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. bran
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. canola oil
    1 c. honey
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Stir all ingredients and bake in low temperature oven for approximately 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
    Stir every 5 minutes during baking as it can scorch easily.
    Take out of oven and add 1 cup each of your choice:
    raisins, coconut, sunflower seeds or any of your other favorites!
    Cool and eat.
