Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin cubed
    2 cans French onion soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream, room temperature
    cooking oil
    water
    cooked rice or egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown cubed sirloin in small amount of cooking oil.
    Add 2 cans French onion soup and 1 can water.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
    Add mushroom soup; stir until well blended. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Fifteen minutes before serving, add sour cream.
    Stir well and let simmer.
    Serve over cooked rice or egg noodles.
    Serves 6 to 8.
