Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. vermouth
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut large mushrooms into quarters.
    Cut small mushrooms in half.
    Place mushrooms in bowl.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over mushrooms.
    Heat 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet over high heat.
    Add mushrooms and saute until tender.
    Pour off excess liquid.
    Add remaining 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Cook the mushrooms until golden brown.
    Reduce heat and add garlic and vermouth. Cook until vermouth evaporates.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve.
