Apple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large apples
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Finely chop or coarsely grind apples.
    In a bowl, stir together apples, onion and dill pickle.
    Combine sugar and vinegar.
    Toss with apple mixture. Cover and chill for several hours. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
