Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs, beaten
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (Birds Eye)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Mix sugar and oil together until fluffy with mixer.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix flour with salt, soda and cinnamon.
Alternate flour and strawberries to sugar-oil mixture.
Add pecans.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
