Mother Ethel Lockerbie'S Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beans (dried)
    1/2 lb. salt pork, ham or bacon, cut up
    4 c. water
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash beans thoroughly.
    Mix all ingredients, except water and meat.
    Add water and meat and put in crock-pot on low heat at 9:00, 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. and cook all night.
    Add 3 to 4 tablespoons tomato catsup or chili sauce before serving.
