Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Cream together salmon and cheese.
    Add rest of seasoning one at a time, stirring well after each.
    Shape into ball.
    Chill several hours.
    Roll ball in chopped walnuts and parsley.
    Spread on your favorite crackers.
