Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped oregano
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
