Ingredients

4 1/2 c. warm water (110~)
1 1/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
8 pkg. yeast
1 1/3 Tbsp. salt
4 large eggs
15 to 17 c. flour
Preparation

Combine water, oil, sugar and yeast.
Let rest 15 minutes.
Add salt and eggs and mix well.
Stir in flour.
Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth.
Shape immediately into rolls, buns, pizza crust or other desired products.
Let rise for 10 minutes. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
