Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. mashed bananas
1-1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, pecans, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine eggs, bananas, oil, vanilla and pineapple in medium bowl. Stir, by hand,
into flour mixture until flour is just moistened. Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Turn batter into pans. Check with tooth pick. Cool pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan. I use small pans, makes 5 or 6 loaves.
