Truly Different Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine and chocolate.
    Add butter flavoring and nuts. Mix flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Combine the two mixes with a spoon.
    Fill cupcake tins 2/3 full.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0. Do not overbake as the tops should be soft, making the cupcakes \"self-frosted.\"
    These freeze well.
    Yield:
    18 cupcakes.
