Spicy Pear Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 packs sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/3 c. lo-cal cranberry juice cocktail
    few drops red food coloring (optional)
    2 1/2 lb. pears, sliced (10 medium)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar and nutmeg (save about 1/4 of mixture).
    Blend in saucepan, 3/4 of mixture and cornstarch.
    Stir in juice and coloring.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Add pears and butter.
    Return to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
