Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion
1 pt. tomatoes
1/4 c. sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook rice in water and salt until tender.
Saute onion in butter until onion is tender.
Put onion, butter, tomatoes, sugar, salt and rice in baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
