Decorating Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. clear vanilla
    1/4 tsp. butter flavor
    1/2 tsp. almond flavor
    1/3 c. milk or water
Preparation
    Mix shortening and flavorings until fluffy.
    Stir in powdered sugar, one cup at a time (this will be very stiff).
    Mix in milk or water.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Frosting may be tinted to any color.
    This is a very good frosting for decorating cakes or cookies.
    Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
    Frosting may be doubled if you use a heavy duty mixer.
