Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
4 Tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Soak crumbs in 3/4 cup milk for 10 minutes.
Fry onion in 2 tablespoons fat until brown; add meat, salt, onion and egg to bread mixture.
Form into balls and fry in remaining 2 tablespoons of fat until brown.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over all, add 1/2 cup milk and cover and cook 10 minutes.
