Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients, then add carrots and nuts; mix by hand.
Pour into Bundt pan or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
