Seafood And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large avocado, pitted, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 lb. crabmeat or tuna fish
2 stalks celery, chopped
6 radishes, sliced
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
seasoned salt to taste
Preparation

Toss all ingredients together well.
Serve with Thousand Island dressing.
