Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. minus 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll out on lightly floured area about 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly brown.
