Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. sweet cooking chocolate
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. margarine
Preparation

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt into a saucepan and slowly stir in milk.
Cook until mixture thickens and becomes bubbly.
Blend in chocolate.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and margarine.
Stir until margarine melts.
Chill.
Makes 1 cup.
