Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground fine zucchini squash
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 large eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted white flour
    3 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, salt, eggs and vanilla together. Add zucchini. Add rest of ingredients in order listed. Mix well. Will look lumpy. Grease well either 2 large or 3 small bread tins. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
