Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    onion to taste
    green pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 lb. pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain.
    Put into casserole dish.
    Lay vegetables, then soup, Cheddar cheese and Tater Tots. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (You may change meat to chicken, the soup to cream of chicken or cream of celery.)
