Sweet Potato-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small (4 3/4 oz.) jar strained baby food sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 small can crushed pineapple (8 1/4 oz.)

Preparation

Mix everything in a 9-inch pan.
Melt 1 stick butter; remove from heat.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Top with cream.
