Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. brown or granulated sugar
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream pulp, eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift in dry ingredients and add milk and vanilla.
    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
