Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. ice water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; roll out.
    Place in pie tins; freeze.
    Makes 3 or 4 pie crusts.
