Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
4 eggs
1 c. bell pepper
1 c. cheese
1 c. onions
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine and pour into a hot greased frying pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Melt stick of margarine and pour over top after cutting cooked cornbread.
