Sausage Pizza Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage *
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. beer or water
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 green pepper, chopped or cut into thin rings
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    *May use other meat choice as desired.
    Precooked meats such as smoked sausage can be used without browning.
