Easy Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 large or 2 small cans tomatoes, diced
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Shred cabbage and place in ungreased casserole dish.
Brown turkey and onion together.
Add rice and salt to turkey and onion mixture.
Pour all over cabbage in dish.
Stir.
Add tomatoes (with liquid).
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
