Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    2 cartons frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add strawberries, pineapple and pecans.
    Halve mixture, putting half in pan and leaving other half in bowl.
    Put pan in refrigerator and let gel.
    After jelled, spread with sour cream.
    Pour remaining half on top and let it gel.
