Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. canned or smoked salmon
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    mayonnaise or sour cream
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. finely chopped green onion
Preparation
    Mash salmon; add horseradish, onion and lemon juice.
    Add enough mayonnaise or sour cream for spreading consistency.
    Serve with crackers or toast rounds.
