Meat Loaf (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. soft bread crumbs, finely ground
    2 Tbsp. minced onion or dried onion flakes
    2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients.\tPut into greased loaf pan.
    Pour catsup over top for taste.\tBake 1 hour, or more, at 350\u00b0, until done.
