Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon
    8 oz. sour cream
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions and drain.
    Place spinach and eggs in a shallow casserole dish and toss together.
    Fry bacon, crumble and sprinkle over spinach.
    Reserve 3 tablespoons bacon grease and saute onions in it until tender.
    Drain and layer over spinach and bacon.
    Mix together sour cream and grated cheese.
    Spread over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
