Egg Estrata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    4 sq. frozen hash browns
    2 or 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 c. grated Swiss, Monterey or Jack cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown; drain.
    Place in shallow dish.
    In same pan, saute potatoes in butter until brown.
    Place potatoes over sausage.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until done.
