Sliced Cucumbers Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cucumbers
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    At least 4 1/2 hours before serving, cut cucumbers into 1/4-inch slices.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, measure vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and seasoning.
    Stir to mix well.
    Add cucumbers, turning to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
