Bran Muffins(Refrigerated Batter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    3 c. bran flakes
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts, currants or dried berries
Preparation
    Beat the buttermilk, oil and eggs until blended.
    Add the dry ingredients and mix, stirring only until moist.
    This batter will keep for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
    It makes 2 dozen muffins.
    Bake them at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
