Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon into greased casserole pan.
Slice eggs on top; top with bread or cracker crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
Almonds are optional.
