Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked, sliced carrots
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 onion, diced
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Layer
    carrots\tand
    cheese in buttered casserole dish. Saute onion
    in
    one stick of butter or margarine.
    Pour over carrots and
    cheese.
    Top
    with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Dot a little butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
