Cranberry Apple Pie - cooking recipe

pastry for 9-inch two crust pie
4 c. apples, sliced and pared
2 c. fresh cranberries
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pastry.
In large bowl stir together sugars, flour and cinnamon.
Add apples and cranberries. Mix to coat well.
Turn into pastry-lined pie pan.
Pat with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Cut slits in crust.
Seal and flute edges. Bake 40 to 50 minutes; cool.
