Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 box frozen peas
1/2 jar mayonnaise
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 tomato, sliced or diced
Preparation

In a clear baking dish, spread your chopped lettuce, then your chopped onions, celery, chestnuts and then your peas.
Spread mayo evenly on top.
Last use cheese and thinly sliced or chopped tomatoes.
Cover with Saran Wrap for 24 hours.
Then serve.
