Green Beans In Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans, trimmed
    salt
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. each: dried tarragon and basil
Preparation
    Cook beans in salted water 5 to 8 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain.
    In a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Add beans and toss.
    Serve hot or cold.
