Microwave Fudge(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cocoa
    2 lbs powdered sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    2 sticks margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift cocoa and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
    Add milk and lay margarine sticks on the top.
    Do not stir.
    Cook on HIGH for 6 minutes.
    Remove from the microwave and stir thoroughly.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour onto buttered platter.
    Cool in the refrigerator for one hour.
    Cut and serve.
