Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens cooked
    3 lb. ground beef
    4 cans butter beans
    4 cans cream corn
    1 large bottle ketchup
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    Salt to taste
Preparation
    Add chopped chicken to chicken broth.
    Add all other ingredients and cook until thick.
