Strawberry Lemon Swirl Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    several drops red food coloring
    1 1/2 c. light cream or milk
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mash strawberries. In small saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in mashed strawberries and water. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Stir in lemon juice, margarine and food coloring. Cover with plastic wrap. Cool.
