Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. dry cracker crumbs or oyster crackers
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 egg, fork beaten
    garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake about 1 1/2 hours in a buttered casserole dish.
    Let sit a few minutes before cutting.
    Serves 4 to 6.
