Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 bell pepper
1 can beef consomme
3/4 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Line bottom of casserole with 1 1/2 cups of raw rice.
Lay slices of onion, tomato and bell pepper on top of rice.
Lay browned (not floured) pork chops on top of this.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour beef consomme and water over dish.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in covered casserole.
